Why now

AI has read the internet. Next it needs real work.

Labs now pay to license records of how real companies operate. Those records sit in your accounts, not online.

Nothing upfront

The buyer pays. Your cost is a few hours of an admin's time.

De-identified before sale

Names and account numbers become placeholders or are removed.

You set the scope

Leave out any inbox, folder or tool. Walk away before you sign.

What counts: email and calendar, documents and files, chat and project boards, call recordings, CRM and support tickets, billing and operations. From 1,000+ systems, including Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk and QuickBooks.

De-identification

Buyers see the signal, not the people

Every person, company, address and account number in the agreed copy becomes a consistent placeholder ("Person 01" stays "Person 01") or is removed. Bank, card and SSN numbers, health details, passwords and personal contact info are removed entirely. Your originals stay untouched; only a copy is processed.

Original emailFictional example

Subject: Hargrove Tool & Die order, 4 days late

Marcus, the Hargrove Tool & Die order is 4 days late and Elena Ruiz in their Dayton office says she will cancel. Can we approve rush fulfillment and absorb the $1,840 freight difference?

Her number is 312-555-0142. Card on file ends 4417.

Buyer's copyFictional example

Subject: Company 01 order, 4 days late

Person 01, the Company 01 order is 4 days late and Person 02 in their City 01 office says she will cancel. Can we approve rush fulfillment and absorb the $1,840 freight difference?

The process

How it works

  1. Get your estimate

Two minutes. A data specialist calls to confirm the details.

  2. Review the written offer

Approve the exact systems and date ranges. No obligation until you sign.

  3. Secure export

Your admin signs in to the approved systems. The buyer's team copies and de-identifies the agreed records. A few hours of your team's time.

  4. Get paid

Payment follows once the AI lab accepts the data, under agreed terms, typically net 30.

About 60 to 90 days from estimate to payment is typical. Timing varies with the size of the archive and the buyer's review.

Answers

Questions

Do we give up ownership of our records?

No. You license a copy. The originals stay where they are, untouched, and remain yours.

Can we choose what is included?

Yes. The scope is written down and you set it. Any inbox, folder, tool or period can be left out.

Will clients or employees be identifiable?

No. People, companies, addresses and account numbers become consistent placeholders or are removed. Bank, card and SSN numbers, health details, passwords and personal contact info are removed entirely.

Who buys it, and will it be public?

AI labs buy a license for research and training. The data is never published and never sold to the public.

How is the final offer set?

The estimate uses headcount, years of records and location. The final offer follows a review of your systems and data volume, and it comes to you in writing.

When do we get paid?

Once the lab accepts the data, under agreed terms, typically net 30. Estimate to payment usually takes about 60 to 90 days, and timing varies.

What does it cost us?

Nothing upfront. The buyer pays. Your cost is a few hours of an admin's time.

How do you make money?

The buyer pays us a finder's fee when a deal closes. It does not come out of your offer, and we disclose it in writing before you sign.

Are we legally allowed to sell?

That depends on your industry and contracts. We do not give legal advice. Firms with confidentiality duties, such as law, accounting, healthcare and finance, should check with their own counsel. The buyer's legal team also reviews the scope before any export.

Is our company too small, or too large?

No. Companies of every size apply, from small teams to large enterprises. Buyers set their own minimums, and the estimate shows how headcount and years change the value.
